Beechmont Media controls and uses mobile phone numbers and SMS consent solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Operational processing by its customer relationship management provider does not authorize independent use.

Beechmont Media provides general educational information and facilitates requests related to annuities. We do not guarantee the availability, suitability, terms, rates, or performance of any annuity product.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share information as described below, subject to the limitations in this section:

• Service Providers: Companies that provide hosting, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, advertising, security, and other operational services on our behalf. Our customer relationship management provider may store and process mobile phone numbers and consent records solely to provide CRM services on behalf of Beechmont Media. This access does not grant the provider consent or independent authority to contact consumers, use their information for its own purposes, or market to them.
• Advertising and Analytics Providers: Platforms that help us measure Site activity, advertising performance, and conversions. Information disclosed to these providers is limited to technical and attribution information, such as browser and device information, Site activity, referring source, advertising attribution data, and interactions with the Site or advertisements. We do not disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, submitted contact information, or identifiable annuity and retirement information to these providers.
• Legal Authorities: Government agencies, regulators, courts, or other parties when disclosure of other personal information is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Consumer information submitted through forms is not provided to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or provided to agents, affiliates, lead buyers, lead vendors, or unrelated third parties. Except for storage and processing by Beechmont Media’s customer relationship management provider on Beechmont Media’s behalf, mobile phone numbers are used solely by Beechmont Media. A service provider’s technical access to a mobile phone number or consent record does not make that provider a recipient of the consumer’s consent. SMS consent is not shared, transferred, or delegated, and no other business may use that consent to send messages.

Information submitted through the Site is not shared with an annuity agent solely because you complete a form. If you separately schedule an appointment, an independent licensed agent may receive relevant non-contact information needed to conduct that appointment. The agent does not receive your contact information, mobile phone number, or SMS consent, and is not granted authority or consent to contact you. Appointment-related information is not shared with agents for their own marketing purposes.

4. Calls, Text Messages, and Email Communications

Beechmont Media sends text messages only to consumers who affirmatively opt in. Merely providing a phone number, submitting a form, or requesting information does not by itself constitute SMS consent. When you provide your phone number and affirmatively consent, you authorize only Beechmont Media to contact you by phone call, text message, or other communication to provide requested annuity review results, follow up about requested annuity and retirement information, and provide appointment-scheduling links or assistance.

You may revoke your consent at any time. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may also contact us using the information below. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails.
